Weekday rates are as follows:

Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) $50 / hr - 2 hour minimum
(5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) $50 / hr - 2 hour minimum

Friday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) $50 / hr - 2 hour minimum
(All weekday rates exclude holidays)
Weekly / monthly rates available with 6 month - 1 year contract

Deposit Requirements:
Security deposit of $150 along with 50% of rental due upon signing of contract. Your date is not held until the deposit is paid. The other 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. (No exceptions)

Holidays:
We will happily open our facility to you on holidays or holiday weekends for an additional fee of $100. This fee is over and above the package price.
